As a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with years of experience, I’ve helped pupils of all abilities develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to become safe and independent drivers.

I began my career teaching manual driving lessons, gaining valuable experience working within an established driving school. As demand for automatic tuition grew, I expanded into automatic driving instruction, teaching both before eventually deciding to go independent and build Paul’s Automatic Driving School. I now specialise in automatic tuition, providing professional driving lessons throughout Dundee.

My approach to teaching is based around patience, understanding and keeping lessons light-hearted and enjoyable. Everyone learns differently, so I’m always willing to try different techniques and ways of explaining things until we find the approach that works best for you.

Whether you're completely new to driving, feeling nervous about getting behind the wheel or returning to driving after some time away, lessons are adapted to suit your individual needs and confidence level. There's no expectation to learn at a particular pace — we'll work at the pace that's right for you.

My aim isn't simply to get you through your driving test. It's to make sure you understand what you're doing and why, helping you develop the knowledge, confidence and judgement to become a safe driver for life.
